Average Price Paid
Annual price growth remained below 1% for the ninth consecutive month.
Decrease in the number of housing transactions indicating a market slow-down.
August recorded a slight dip in the average price paid for property compared to June and July but this figure remains ahead of those from the beginning of 2019.
Political uncertainty is likely to continue to exert a hold over market growth over the coming months.
