We work with estate and letting agents across the region to ensure our properties meet the needs of tenants and buyers in Sheffield, Chesterfield, Rotherham, Barnsley and other areas in South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.
Our Process
In order to deliver our ambitious targets, we maintain a sourcing pipeline of excellent properties that meet our criteria utilising our expansive property network and market expertise.

We scrutinise every property to ensure that it delivers against key indicators which include: location and area credentials, purchase price, refurbishment and development costs, refurbished asset valuation and return on investment.

Our projects team follow detailed refurbishment, fitting and furnishings plans to ensure our properties are finished to an excellent standard and set up correctly according to our initial plans.
